Dan Laishley

Client Experience Coordinator

Dan is responsible for case management and our client’s experience. He serves as the friendly face and voice of our company as he welcomes clients and guests to our office. As manager of first impressions, he meticulously maintains our office.

Dan handles various administrative responsibilities, including answering phones, managing and updating our client service software, as well as, assisting the team to prepare for meeting and events. He manages the process of obtaining and preparing the proper documents and procuring the necessary signatures from stakeholders to place the policy. Dan then coordinates the delivery of the policy to the carriers and the final package to the client.

Dan graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. He has gained valuable administrative skills, by working as an administrative assistant at New York Sports Club and as a contract assistant at United Healthcare Oxford.

Dan grew up in New York and moved to Florida in 2015 to be closer to his family. Outside of work he enjoys watching movies, playing softball, and completing puzzles to keep his mind sharp.
