Nathan helps fiduciaries monitor and manage their client’s existing insurance policies. He oversees the policy review department, ensuring that existing insurance portfolios are up to date as well as discerning re-engineering options and/or new solutions. He is also in charge of strategic alliances and helping clients with their insurance needs.
Nathan’s specialty is Private Placement, insurance portfolio analysis, hybrid “life and long term care” products, and disability insurance.
Nathan graduated from the University of Tampa with an honors distinction in Business Economics and continued at UT to complete a two and a half year Masters of Finance program in just 13 months.
Nathan joined MetLife in 2012 as a life insurance underwriter and quickly became an internal wholesaler. He was promoted to Senior Product Consultant and Competition Liaison, where he invented a program that enabled prospective clients to acquire insurance via streamlined, no underwriting and has a paperless experience. He also had multiple white papers on life insurance and the financial marketplace published and distributed nationally. Nathan became MetLife’s youngest Regional Vice President in the nation at age 26, and a year later, he led the entire United States in business for its premier permanent product
Nathan believes there is a serious, disturbing disconnect between American financial corporations and their clients. His desire to bridge this gap by putting clients’ interests first has led him to join FLAH & COMPANY where he will strive to grow the firm for the benefit of clients, their respective advisors and the financial community.
In addition to a Masters of Finance, Nathan holds a Series 7, Series 6, 215 License, and a Series 63.
Nathan loves all things Florida: golf, all sports, the water, and being close to family. Nathan and his wife love traveling, fitness, and their country club membership.
